With the rampant corruption we need people with ethics and moral for Peru to slide easily into the development and progress.

And to be a teacher, not necessarily have to enter a university, starting often do not need a degree or a teaching degree can get it at any educational institution not too demanding, what the market offers.
And we wonder ... Is it not true that a man without education, without skills, without skills or abilities will not be able to contribute their personal development, family and community?

And, fairly and accurately, what our people are polite and respectful men, working men with impeccable moral behavior, creative people and innovative ... but who will write the history books of their peoples, flora and fauna, natural resources, who described the geography of the village, who philosophers, who systematized through books, videos and photos customs, dances, parties of our peoples. Who will guide the paths of development to people, who take care of health, who take care of the moral, mind the children, youth and adults. Who are not science, knowledge and moral will that pose alternative solutions to problems that arise. But men who are educated, cultivating his body and intellect who need people and nation.
History teaches us that the State has implemented rarely works in the villages if their children have made professional development projects and have been tracking the records. Although it still requires fighting men, today we need education and science for the success of any management, so that each person has the capacity to create, develop and innovate. Add to education, fighting and working together and have the key to success and development.
Who shall develop and implement development plans if they are not educated men? Those who have not only knowledge but also moral to do it. It is time to prioritize education in our communities, our nations, that have trained and capable officials, no to line their pockets with little or nothing for the development of their peoples, but able to lead to development.
There can be no resignation and indifference ... is time that any citizen, and every professional, be aware that at the heart of the development plans of the peoples and the province of Víctor Fajardo should be the man, his education and health, on that basis we will conquer everything.
