COSMOVISION HUAMBISA

INTRODUCTION Some years ago we were appointed by the Faculty of Education at the Universidad Alas Peruanas to inaugurate the Teacher Professional Development Program in San Lorenzo, province of Alto Amazonas, Loreto region. There we had the opportunity to meet teachers working in indigenous communities located deep in the Amazon rainforest. As a teacher of Social Sciences, National Reality, Educational Anthropology and Sociology of the tasks was the knowledge of local realities, through the description of the environment, economy and culture of the peoples of the jungle. An interesting work is what made teachers and Narda César Inga Cardozo in his monograph entitled "The Upper Maranon Basin, multilingual and their worldviews, it extract this little story made during an interview with a professor of ethnic Huambisa . "My name is Gerardo Petsain Sharúp , nationality Wampis, the Santiago River. I have thirty-eight years old and I am a bilingual teacher. SPACE WATER Entsa
