AESOP

There is a popular saying that says: "Every people has the president it deserves." This saying has a lot of reason, but the Greek Aesop created a fable related to this popular saying. Aesop was the largest well ahead of his time and gives great lessons about politics with this simple story presented below:

Frogs asking King

Tired Frogs own lawlessness and anarchy where they lived, sent a delegation to Zeus to send them a king.

Zeus, taking your request, sent a thick wood to your pond.

frogs frightened by the noise made by the falling wood, hid where best they could. Finally, seeing that the wood did not move more were coming to the surface and given the stillness that prevailed, they began to feel so great contempt for the new king, they jumped on him and he sat up, laughing incessantly.

And so, feeling humiliated by having a simple tree monarch, went back to Zeus, asking him to change the king, because he was too quiet.

Zeus Outraged, he sent an active water snake, one by one, were caught and ate them all without mercy.

MORAL
When choosing the rulers, it is best to choose a simple and honest, rather than one very enterprising but wicked or corrupt.
