There we go, walking down the education (Huyhua Puriq), we go from village to village, walking, bikes and cars, crossing creeks, hills tramonto all for an ideal: to contribute to improving the quality of education in our country.
We are currently in the famous "Heads" Huaca Kuas districts, llaut, Laramate, Ocaña, Palco and OTOC.
There we go with the message that every teacher is an example Life, whose mission is "to improve the Peruvian man," if you want to be a better man has to work with values \u200b\u200band he is the embodiment of values. The teacher also is a leader, you must have high self-esteem to be able to infect their pupils.
The institutional environment is of paramount importance and for this the teachers should become a team. This team will have a plan to address the substantial problems it finds in its educational institution as the SWOT technique.
This is just a tight summary of what is being done in a part of Peru. Surely there are thousands of colleagues around our country being made a commendable job for the sake of improving education. Because teaching is a true vocation, this money does not call us, we call the ideal of forming a better and better Peruvian Peruvian make our nation great. No other profession does this work: with human beings. For this reason, our work is delicate. And we are hopeful that we are aware of our role and do our job the best possible quality for the sake of our homeland, for the love of ourselves, our families.
